i saw the greatest commercial today...
three guys in a convertible are being dragged behind this huge truck and sparks are flying everywhere and their car is just being torn apart. the "How Is My Driving?" bumper sticker is staring them straight in the face. the one guy asks his friend if they should call that number. the guy says something along the lines of "no way not with these fares that my phone bill is charging me" they both look at the third guy in the back seat and he says "dont look at me i'm on roaming."
haha okay maybe it wasnt that great but i was amused |

sooo...
i was working all weekend at the hilton near the airport so then my dad and my mom afterwards went off with another couple to go to the capital grille for dinner. my sister and i were not invited. so we instead went to mick's in downtown atl. so we go there and gasp! the lot across from mick's that we used to park at is now completely redone and i missed the entrance to it! so we had to keep driving around until we are like at this ghetto lot a few blocks behind the fox and so i'm really scared and my sister and i had to walk alone to mick's. kinda scarey... but it was really cold AND FREAKY WINDY and my sister forgot her jacket so i made her put on my huge jacket and put her hood up so it looked like we were a couple. lol. we didnt get raped. phew! but it was a long, dark walk to mick's and something was goin on at the fox so it took us so long to get our food but we sat at the bar and the dude behind it was actually kinda hot and he was really nice to us and he didnt charge me for my milkshake. whut a sweetie.
so then i came home all ready to watch the duke v. uva game with my sister and shes all like "i want to go watch extreme home makeover". shiiit. so i sat there screaming at the tv with my dog who got kinda scared of me... jj was having a good night tho. jj redick is a saint. |

me: hello?
man: hi dorsie my name is blah blah from agnes scott college. i was looking at the cross country state times and i was wondering what year you were.
me: o i'm a sophmore.
man: well then this is pretty early for you then. do you think you would be interested in running in college?
me: yes sir, i'm interested in that.
man: good. then i will keep in touch with you and you can check agnesscott.edu keep up the good work.
eee! how exciting! weird...but exciting! i told my mom and she was like "o did u tell him that i went to agnes scott? no i didnt...oops. but it was really ironic because right when he called i was looking at colleges' stats on the internet. i dont think i would want to go to agnes scott....it being a girls' school and all. but that was just really cool. |

its pouring pretty bad outside and so i'm coming home from soccer and i go to park near the car port and i knock over a pot and my parents are out there freaking out. since when has that pot been there? they said its been there ever since we moved but i have my doubts. sheeesh its a plastic pot. so i went back out there, in the pouring rain, and replanted it.
for all the many times that i'm not allowed to do stuff when its raining because i might get sick or something, they sure dont care if its something like repotting a plant. seriously common. if i get a cold then its completely their fault. |

finally. posted pics of christmas break in the album link on my website.
soccer is up and going. i'm really enjoying it. i love being with all the girls again...altho i dont know if i can stand all the freshmen. but o well i was one too a while back ;)
and i'm actually liking huckleberry finn...the book we have to read for lit. this is the first book for school that i've actually read so that means something. lol. today ms. ponder decided to let us go to A lunch instead so i sat with jesse and alex...the only other sophs in the lunch. it was interesting. they are really nice and everything but then they started talking about how volleyball was their favorite women's sport and it went downhill from there. at least for me it did. sigh, boys......... |

today started out very oddly. in my desparate attempt to turn off my alarm clock i knocked over my HUGE glass of water and it went spilling all over my bed and my tshirt and my floor. so i laid there dripping wet for about 10 minutes feeling wet, cold, and so completely pitiful- just thinking how bad my day has already been.
first block puckett. i cant remember whut happened but somehow clay pissed mc off and she said something back and was then like "SSSSSSSSSHOP!" she denys it but she said it. it was hilarious. clay asked her if thats whut they say in france. shop, mc.
the rest of the day was pretty cool. molly made me an flying origami crane in history with some candy wrappers after she ate all her lunch. thanks, mo.
then after school she came to my house, chilled, roasted my great old cds from the 90s yeah man.
then i dropped my sister off at school for her basketball game. when back to school later for the varsity games. really close games, exciting! we won :)
then like 20 of my friends all went to la parilla. fuuun. we all told the hot waiter that it was mc's birthday and she being the dumb party pooper that she is pitched a fit and confessed it was in july. geez thanks for ruining the fun, mc. we all wanted to see u in a sombraro (wow definitly cant spell that).
THEN it was like 10:30, pretty late. wayyy later than i was supposed to be out. but my sister had a really good game tonight so i guess thats y my parents were in a super positive mood so they were like "dorsie have alllll ur friends over and let them stay til whenever!" wow. so lets see... molly p, jesse, leigh ann, lanie, alex boy, lauren cape, and zach all came over. at first we attempted to play volleyball in the dark which was pretty funny. then we played texas hold em. leigh ann and i swept the table. if we played with money, la and i would have an estate right now. yes sir.
then we all kinda chilled and i had a HILARIOUS experience walking in on two people... i'll leave the rest of that story to your imagination. LOL.
well okay so a good friday i guess, despite my first impression of it. my parents talked to me after every1 left tonight and they told me that all my friends were so polite and i am allowed to have anyone over anytime. tight. o- and they also raised my allowance (mainly to pay for gas). but still very cool. |

scratch plans for the weekend. was looking forward to a trip but grandma is sick. sad.
sooooooooo that means i'm GOING to the games tomorrow! whoo hoo. i was really looking forward to goin to sylvania to see her with my dad but i sure wont mind going to the games AT ALL. haha.

sooo... puckett reviews before the test today and asks me like 5 questions and of course i got them all wrong (surprise surprise) and then everyone was making fun of me because i was going to fail. i get my test and i only got like 3 or 4 wrong! yeaaaaaa thats right. i probably got better than u guys so HA!
hm so then after school i go to my car and i find a note on the dashboard:

No, THANK YOU BITCH. i know who you are and i know where you live. dont fucking give me shitty letters in like that. sorry i didnt REALIZE this was your stupid parking spot. if you so attached to it why dont u marry it.
haha i havent said that in a long time- o well. i remember allie got a letter like this a few months ago. i just want to take chalk and write profanities all over that parking spot. wow, listen to me... i better stop writing before i become too violent... :-/ |
